What this website collects, which is almost nothing, and how we handle it.
This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletters and no tracking cookies. You can read everything here without telling us who you are.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic: page views, referrers, country-level location and device type. It is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. We see totals, not people.
If you email us at admin@yashjay.com, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and as the business record of the conversation; we do not add you to lists or share it with anyone.
Our infrastructure providers (hosting and email) process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs as part of operating the internet. We keep no separate copy of that data.
We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Because we collect essentially nothing, your rights are easy to honour: write to admin@yashjay.com and we will confirm what we hold about you (usually only your emails to us) and delete it on request.
